Oh I loved sugar and made sure that I included it in all three daily meals every single day. I also indulged in many  other delicacies that my palate enjoyed. But all of this ended when I became suddenly seriously ill, and the clock is ticking for each of us as to when that will happen. We’ll go into breaking the old habits and developing new ones so that junk food cravings will eventually become a distant memory. Taking that first step is a HUGE one because food is a drug for many of us. Take it from someone who has been there. I know what it’s like to NEED junk food, but I feel so much better without it. And so will you. Let’s take that first step together and I promise you, it will be a wonderful journey!
